All these programmes are tailored to the athlete or performers individual needs, because every athlete, every sport and every need is different. No one programme is alike and as such will entail a thorough evaluation and design phase:
Level 1 Mental Game Coaching Package
Comprises of thorough individual intake and evaluation process, four on line Coaching Sessions, four interim check in phone calls
Step 1 is an exploratory FREE consultation and conversation at an arranged time.
Step 2 Upon booking and payment completed, you will receive an essential and in-depth questionnaire to share as much information as possible on how I can help.
The more information I have, the more specifically I can help shape our coaching sessions together.
Session One: 60 – 90 Mins
- Clarification of the athlete’s goals.
- Psychological Education and Training
- Personalised 1 to 1 Mental Game training focussed towards your goals
- Re-clarification of your goals and needs for further programme development.
Interim 20 – min Phone Call 1
- Check and up date by phone on the gains made and adjustments needed.
Session Two: 60 – 90 Mins
- Introduction and co-installation of a personally designed hypnotic mental training and sports performance enhancement.
Interim 20 min Phone Call 2
- Check and up date by phone on the gains made and adjustments needed.
Session Three: 60 – 90 Mins
- Further enhancement of personalised mental skills training, after analysis of successes and gains made.
Interim 20 – min Phone Call 1
- Check and up date by phone on the gains made and adjustments needed.
Sessions Four: 60 – 90 Mins
- Evaluation of the current gains and successes made, with additional mental game support, using pre-considered cognitions and further co-produced hypnotic experience creations.
Follow Up De Brief 20 – min Phone Call 4

Level 2 Mental Game Coaching Package
- Everything involved in the Level 1 Programme
- Plus a personal tailor-made audio Mental Game performance track in Mp3 format for on-going use. This will be designed to your particular requirements.
Level Two programme Fee = £540
Level 3 Mental Game on going Coaching and support
- Following on from a Level One or Level 2 programme, an athlete or performer may seek on-going support as required, to make further gains adjustments when necessary.
Fee depending upon the specification and identification of the desired outcomes, and the duration and nature of the support.
